Sport Massage

Perfect fo the guest who enjoys a deeper massage, yet not quite as firm as our Deep Tissue Massage.
Deep Tissue Massage

For those desiring deeper work, this massage targets specific areas of muscle tightness and tension, or it can be focused on sport-specific muscle groups to enhance your athletic performance.
Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy combines the nurturing art of massage with the application of pure essential oils to relax, revitalize, detoxify and re-balance the body.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Using a distinctive manual process, our trained therapist stimulates the lymphatic system of the body to drain fluids, detoxify and regenerate tissues. The result is refreshing.
Pregnancy Massage

Using special body support system, this is a nurturing and relaxing massage for the mother-to-be. Special attention is given to the mother's comfort and stage of pregnancy. We also have specialized tables so you can lay on your tummy!
Reflexology

Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers to stimulate more than 7,200 nerve endings in each foot. These nerve endings correspond to all parts of the body, including organs and glands. Reflexology is used to prevent and relieve, rather than cure, a wide variety of ailments.

View Massage Policies : When you schedule a massage treatment at our practice, as a courtesy to our massage therapists and other guests please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment of changes or cancellations. Missed massage appointments and changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to full charge. All massage appointments are taken with a credit card number to reserve the time slots. This card is only charged when our cancellation policy is violated. Please bring cash, credit or a local check for payment after your appointment.
